Cameron Petri is a seasoned animator who has worked in the industry for over twenty years as both a freelancer for individual clients and as a senior animator at animation firms. He’s particularly skilled in Adobe After Effects and TVPaint Animation software.
Undone
Cameron worked as a Senior Animator on the streaming series, Undone. Over the course of two seasons, Cameron was navigated complex workflows spanning the globe to rotoscope and composite scenes using Adobe Aftereffects and TVPaint Animation software. His work was instrumental in giving the show its distinctive and unique art style. Undone can currently be seen streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
Willis Alan Ramsay’s Mockingbird Blues
Cameron singlehandedly storyboarded, illustrated, and animated a music video for the country music icon, Willis Alan Ramsay. He interacted directly with the client to understand key requirements and incorporated feedback where appropriate. Not only did Cameron handle the animation, but he also managed budget and schedule constraints.
Background and Character Design
Cameron has designed and generated custom characters and backgrounds for a variety of projects and clients across several industries. Examples include assets for museums, documentaries, animated shorts and music videos.
